Family yoga


Mummy, Daddy, and the kids practise together. It’s a great opportunity to be airily and relaxed together as a whole family. We straighten the family bond with listening to ourselves and each other during games, songs and pair asanas while we can enjoy the benefits of yoga and become relaxed and energised in body and mind too. The classes are 30-45-60 minutes long depending on the children age.
