
During the yoga classes children learn to respect and accept themselves and each other too. They notice and realise their own feelings. They accept to have bad days sometimes while they are still good little people. They learn to manage their emotions, what to do with anger, fury and sadness. Regularly practising children become tolerant, peaceful and improve their results in school as they learn to coop with stress and their concentration improves too.
The classes are 45-60 minutes long depending on the age. Children yoga classes are recommended above year of 5.
